Well, Another year is in the books & MCA had a successful season. We had another great turnout at our open tournament & most of our club tournaments were well attended.
Congrats to Dave Solties who edged out Derek Severns for Angler of the Year, Rock Sirochman who is the Co Angler of the Year, & Dan Laur who caught the Lunker of the Year

|2022 Pa State Regional Team - Saturday, August 14, 2021|
Congrats to MCA members Rock Sirochman, Sam Angelo, & Derek Severns who qualified for the 2022 Pa state team. Rock & Sam qualified as co anglers & Derek as a boater/alternate. They will move on to the regional event to be held at the St. Lawrence River next June, good luck guys!
|Lake Erie Club Team Tournament - Monday, July 26, 2021|
Mingo Creek Anglers had a strong showing on Sunday as we placed 2nd overall fishing against the best clubs in the state at Lake Erie. MCA also caught the lunker fish of the tournament. The weather cooperated & made for an enjoyable day

|M2021 MCA Open Tournament Results - Wednesday, June 30, 2021|
MCA hosted their 8th annual open buddy tournament on the Monongahela River at the Labelle launch on 6/27. In spite of the off colored water, 29 teams participated in the event.
The weather cooperated & the teams in the money are as follows:

3. Allison/Jeney - 7.73# & lunker - 3.38#
4. Lazor/Angelo - 7.52#

The 2021 MCA Club Classic is in the books. Congratulations to Derek Severns on his win with a 2 day total of 14.54# .The tournament was held on the Monongahela River at the 10 Mile Pool out of the Labelle Launch on June 12 & 13th. The weather cooperated & 9 limits of Bass were caught between the members.

Mingo Creek Anglers is proud of its 2 participants in this year's divisional tournament held at Lake Erie. Derek Severns came out on top on the boaters side with a close battle from Mike Moran with a 2 day weight of 24.21 lbs. Sam Angelo qualified on the co anglers side & caught the lunker of the tournament with a 5.5 lb Smallmouth.
Great job guys & good luck to Derek at Pickwick Lake in Alabama on November 11-13 at the National Championship

|MCA Classic at Keuka Lake - Sunday, September 30, 2018|
Congrats to Dan Mincin who won the 2018 MCA Classic held on Keuka Lake this year. Dan bested Mike Henry by mere ounces to take the classic trophy for the 2nd year in a row! All of the attending members caught fish on this outstanding finger lake in New York.
|8/26/18 MCA Kids Day Event at Conneaut Lake - Monday, August 27, 2018|
The 2018 MCA Kids Day Event was held on Conneaut Lake. Fish and fun were had by all that joined. Haley Severns won the event with 10.49 pounds and 3.28 lunker, second place was Lindsay Severns with 7.61 pounds and third went to Mason Tichenor with 6.51 pounds. All the kids caught fish and had a great day. Thanks to all the adults that came out to help, hope to see you all again next year.

Congrats to Mike Stefan who won the Skeeter money for being the highest finishing Skeeter owner at the Chautauqua Lake state event. Mike finished 2nd in the boater standings for the day.

|Lake Erie boating requirements - Tuesday, June 16, 2015|
FYI to all MCA members who plan on bringing a boat to our upcoming tourneys on Lake Erie:
1. A boat must have a type 1,2,3 or 5 life jacket for every person on board
2. A type 4 throwable device must also be aboard & be "immediately" available which means within arms reach of the passengers of the vessel
3. Persons who will operate the boat & were born after 1/1/82 must have a boaters safety education course certificate
4. All boats less than 40' in length must carry a sound producing device on board. This device can be a mouth ( whistle ) or power operated
5. Boats 16' & over must at all times carry visual distress signals on board day or night. Approved day/night use VDS devices would be coast guard approved hand held flares ( minimum 3 ) & the expiration date must not have passed
6. A type B-1 fire extinguisher is required & must be" immediately " available ( within arms reach ) of the passengers of the vessel
